Resolved

After discussion with the vendor, we are marking this incident resolved. The root cause was that the vendor pushed a release the evening of April 13th and did not realize it broke the connectivity between our districts and DnA. They rolled it back and tested it and it is now working as expected.

Monitoring

A fix has been implemented by the vendor and we are currently monitoring the results. All districts seem to have access now.

Investigating

We are aware there is currently a problem with MISTAR Districts accessing Illuminate DnA. We are working with the vendor to determine the root cause and will update this incident when more information is known.
